Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain proper behavior and respect other guests and hotel property. Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

Payments

. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation Policy

  1. Refunds will be considered if cancellation is requested at least 15 days before the scheduled accommodation date, subject to a 30% administrative charge deduction.
  2. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the scheduled accommodation date, a 50% deduction will apply.
  3. No refund shall be provided for cancellations made thereafter.
  4. Bookings may be cancelled by the management due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
     • Natural Calamities
     • Storms
     • Earthquakes
     • Floods
     • Civil Riots
     • Government Restrictions
     • Hartals/Bandhs
     • Other Force Majeure Events

  In such cases, the management's decision shall be final and binding.
